- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription.
- The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of the refund request.
- The customer must have used our service for less than 20% of the subscription period.
- The customer must provide a reason for the refund request.
We do not offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- If the customer has violated our terms of service.
- If the customer has shared their login credentials with others.
- If the customer has been banned or suspended from our service.
- If the customer has previously received a refund for their subscription.
- If the customer requests a refund after the 7-day refund period has expired.
